DETAILED ITINERARY by LIVING TRADITION – FOOD TOUR

• DAY 1 – APERITIF IN A LOCAL WINERY

  • Your arrival at Hotel La Perla Preziosa is expected between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM—just enough time to get settled, breathe in the relaxing atmosphere,
    and prepare for a special afternoon. At 4:45 PM, the group will meet at the reception to depart for Cantina Cent’Anni, a historic local winery where a passion for wine making has been passed down through generations. At 5:30 PM, your guided winery tour will begin—an immersive journey
    through aromas, stories, and family traditions—followed by a tasting featuring the best local wines. Afterwards, return to the hotel for some time to relax before dinner.
    The evening continues with a typical local dinner at 9:00 PM, where you will savor traditional Marche dishes prepared with fresh, local ingredients.

• DAY 2 – DISCOVERING ASCOLI PICENO — HISTORY & FLAVORS

  • After breakfast (7:30 AM – 9:00 AM), departure is scheduled at 9:45 AM for the stunning city of Ascoli Piceno, known for its travertine buildings and
    medieval towers. Arrival at the Torricella parking area is expected at 10:30 AM, just in time for a very special activity: At 11:00 AM, you will take part in an authentic olive ascolane show cooking, learning the secrets of this local specialty through stories, traditional techniques, and tastings.
    Next, at 1:00 PM, enjoy lunch featuring a typical Ascolano menu, rich in genuine local flavors. The afternoon continues with the iconic Caffè Meletti experience at 2:30 PM, in one of Italy’s most charming historical caffè, followed by a guided walk through the old town for sightseeing and souvenir shopping (3:00 PM – 5:00 PM). After returning to the hotel and relaxing, departure is scheduled at 7:20 PM for a scenic excursion to Grottammare Alta / The Ancient Town. From 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM, you will enjoy a magical experience among medieval lanes and breathtaking sea views.
    Return to the hotel is planned for 9:15 PM. Dinner and evening are free.

• DAY 3 – SEA, RELAX & FLAVORS

  • Breakfast is served between 8:00 AM and 9:30 AM, followed by a meeting at the reception at 10:00 AM. Departure for San Benedetto del Tronto, where a leisurely stroll along the seaside promenade and pier will immerse you in the town’s authentic maritime spirit, with some time for shopping in the town center (10:30 AM). At 12:30 PM, enjoy a delicious takeaway fried seafood lunch, served picnic-style directly on the pier—surrounded by sea breeze and stunning views of the Adriatic (The picnic includes only: blankets and wine)! Your stay concludes at 2:00 PM, with a group farewell and a souvenir photo
    to commemorate this journey filled with flavors, culture, and beauty.
